The Client must provide certain information upon registration. This information may include, but is not necessarily limited to, Name, E-mail Address, Address, Phone Number, etc. Clients should understand that the failure to provide registration information may result in the inability of the client to register for the course.
The Firescore.org course is available 24/7 on the web at https://firescore.org. Firescore.org will provide a certificate of course completion to the client when the client completes the course.

Course materials are provided through the Internet, and the course is accessible at any time. Individuals under the age of 16 should not use our service or submit any personal information.
The Firescore.org course is not mandatory in bankruptcy. Fees may be paid to attorneys for their assistance in administration of our course or for handling customer support issues. Attorneys are not permitted to represent to their clients that the course is mandatory as part of the bankruptcy. The Firescore.org course is optional, it is not required to be taken in bankruptcy, and you do not need to have filed bankruptcy to register for or to take the course.
Firescore.org does not collect or retain information from those known to be under the age of 16, and no part of the Web site is intended or developed to attract anyone under the age of 16.

Information Collected
There are several areas on the Web site where you may be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We may sell or share information submitted through our web site to our partners to improve the experience for our clients, including making them aware of relevant offers or products.

Firescore.org may, from time to time, make various resources available to you at the Web site to help educate you about the wise use of credit, how to improve your credit after bankruptcy, etc. At times we may collect personal information in connection with providing such services.
How your information is used:
We use the information you provide in your registration form or other submission of information to provide you with an account, to confirm you have completed the course, allow you access to your completion certificate, and for you to access all course materials and other relevant products and services.
In addition, Firescore.org may disclose account or other personal information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with Firescore.org’s rights or property, other Web site users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
Altering Information You Submit
You may be able to review and change personal information in an active account.
(a) Deleting your information. Federal and state regulations may require that we store completed Submissions for various periods of time. In order to comply with these regulations, we may be unable to delete information from our databases. Any removal request may be sent to support@firescore.org.

Although Firescore.org has taken measures to ensure that your personal information is delivered and disclosed only in accordance with your instructions, Firescore.org cannot and does not guarantee that the personal information you provide will not be intercepted by others and decrypted.
Changes to Privacy Policy: If we make a change to our Privacy Policy in the future that will affect how we treat your information, we will post such change on the Web site, and such change will be deemed to be effective 14 days from the date of such posting.
